Stephanie from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Hi, I purchased a Disney vacation package to stay at the Grand Californian Hotel and Spa that included 2 park hopper tickets back in April. I still have not received my park hopper tickets. Please advise as I need to make park reservations. Thanks!

    Hiya, Stephanie!

Welcome to planDisney! We are SO excited you stopped by, and we are THRILLED to help you plan your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort! I know you will not be arriving for a few more months, but I am wishing upon a star the time goes VERY quickly! WOO HOO! I am counting down the days with you!

First of all, you are going to LOVE staying at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel and Spa! The entire property is absolutely beautiful, and the service you will receive from the incredible Cast Members will be off the charts AWESOME. I know this from personal experience! Welcome home!

What a great question, and I am here to help! Just follow these very simple instructions to find your MAGICAL Disneyland Theme Park Tickets:

    1. Go to www.startyourdisneylandexperience.com where you will log into your My Disneyland Experience Account.

    2. You will then see two options - Book Theme Park Reservations or Retrieve Hotel Reservation. Since you have a Disneyland Resort Hotel reservation, make sure you choose Retrieve Hotel Reservation

    3. From there, you will be able to pull up your reservation, find your Disneyland Theme Park Tickets, and then make your Disneyland Theme Park Reservations!

Once you retrieve your tickets, guests are able to book their Disneyland Theme Park Reservations up to 120 days in advance. That means you are able to book your reservations right now! I highly recommend making your reservations as soon as possible because I promise they will go very quickly!

I hope this helps you in your planning process. Information about the phased reopening of the Disneyland Resort is always changing, so I recommend you follow Disneyland on all of its social media channels, and make sure to subscribe to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information!

Let us know if you have other questions! We are here to assist in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
