    Hi, I purchase my park tickets online through the Disney website. It states that I can pick them up at any Disney World park ticket sales location. Is there a location in Disney Springs?

    Hi Cathy, 

    Yes, you can pick your pre-purchased park passes up at the Disney's Springs Guest Relations Lobby, or at any of the four main theme park locations. The Disney Springs Guest Relations Lobby is located at the Town Center Welcome Center. Disney Springs is made up of different sections, so you will want to be sure to head towards "Town Center" when you arrive. 

    Be sure to bring your ticket confirmation number and the credit card which you used to purchase the passes.
