Hi, I am planning to visit Disneyland with my 4 year old daughter. I would like to know will there be any parades in the week of feb23 -26. My daughter loves Disney princesses and characters and would love to see the parade performance. Thanks, PV

Hello, P! Welcome to planDisney! I'm so excited for you and your daughter's upcoming visit to the Happiest Place on Earth. How magical!

And thank you for bringing us your great question about parades and characters. Oh boy! These were definitely a highlight for my kids at that age when visiting the Disneyland Resort too, so I understand that you would want to know the scoop!

Good news, P! It looks like every day of your visit, there will be a Mickey and Friends Cavalcade at 1:45pm and 2:45pm in Disneyland Park! It's a darling "mini parade" featuring many of our most-loved Disney Pals - your daughter will love it! Find a spot anywhere along the parade route which begins up at "it's a small world," comes past Sleeping Beauty Castle, down Main Street, and into Town Square. But don't be late! It's only a few minutes long and I wouldn't want y'all to miss it!

Make sure to keep an eye on the Daily Events Schedule, however, as the entertainment schedule is always subject to change!

P, if you've got a daughter who loves princesses, you must know about Royal Hall in Fantasy Faire! Up to three of the world's most-loved Disney Princesses at any given time receive Guests in their own special nook in a quaint little medieval square to take photos and sign autographs - all included in your theme park ticket to Disneyland Park! To avoid long lines, I recommend arriving to Royal Hall, located next to Sleeping Beauty Castle, a little before 10am, when it opens. It's a fairytale come true!

I hope this has been helpful to you in your planning, P, and that you and your daughter have an amazing time immersed in the Disneyland magic. If you have any additional questions or perhaps would like tips on how to make your character interactions more magical (like what to ask Princess Belle when you meet her), please don't hesitate to reach out again and ask another question

But remember, Mama, at the end of the day, you are the magic.

    Warmest wishes,
    McCayla

Hello from the Pacific Northwest! I'm McCayla, a wife and mom dreaming of adventure in the great wide somewhere, yet also completely content watching Toy Story from the couch. My love of Disneyland began as a little girl on Peter Pan's Flight and only grows with each visit. But even when I'm not physically at the Happiest Place on Earth, I truly feel that same joy when I can help others (YOU!) experience the magic of Disneyland Resort too.
