Hi Mauro,
My husband and I visited the Walt Disney World Resort a dozen times before we had our son - it’s an AMAZING vacation destination for anyone, with or without kids.
I would recommend two different Resort recommendations for your upcoming vacation: either
Disney’s Beach Club Resort, due to it’s proximity to Epcot and to
Disney’s BoardWalk, as well as its sand-bottomed pool, Stormalong Bay, or
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, due to its sophisticated theming, dining options and, of course, its amazing savanna and its furry residents!
My husband and I love going out for dinner while we’re on vacation and you’ll be spoiled for choice if you like fine dining experiences.
California Grill at Disney’s Contemporary Resort is probably our favourite restaurant anywhere. It has an amazing wine list, delicious food, impeccable service… with a pretty unique view of Walt Disney World Resort.
One of the things that I miss from our pre-kid visits was the ability to walk at a leisurely pace through Epcot’s World Showcase, poking through all of the shops while sipping on different frosty beverages.
If you're interested in getting a behind-the-scenes look at the way that Magic is made at the Walt disney World Resort, I highly recommend doing
Disney's Keys to the Kingdom Tour. In this exclusive tour, you'll unlock the fascinating history of Magic Kingdom Park and gain backstage access to legendary hidden areas.
Have a Magical Day,
Lynne
