Hello, Ofir! Welcome to planDisney! There’s nothing better than planning a Walt Disney World vacation. OK, actually going on vacation may be better, but planning is a close second.
A summer visit to Walt Disney World sounds like a wonderful idea, but what if something comes up and you have to cancel your vacation? It’s certainly a bibbidi bobbidi bummer, but it can happen. Let’s take a look at the Walt Disney World cancellation policy to see what's what.
If you have to cancel your vacation package 30 days or more before your arrival then you’ll be refunded your deposit and any other payments you have made towards your trip (not including any non-refundable travel fees). For cancellations 2 to 29 days before your arrival, you’ll receive a refund for your trip minus the deposit (and any non-fundable travel fees). If you have to cancel 1 day or less before your arrival then the full cost of your vacation package is non-refundable.
You can find the full terms and conditions, including information about changing reservations, for 2025 Walt Disney World vacation packages
here.
I hope you enjoy your July visit to Walt Disney World, Ofir! If you’re looking for ways to beat the Florida heat, then be sure to
make time for the water parks and a dip in your hotel pool. Or you could go with a refreshing DOLE Whip Float from
Sunshine Tree Terrace at the Magic Kingdom, which is one of my favorite ways to cool down at Disney World.
Come back to planDisney if you have any other questions! We’re all happy to help!
Magical travels!
Matt
