Hi, I plan on visiting this august with my husband and staying at the contemporary. I want to stay on the side with the view of Cinderella's castle but he wants the lake side. Can you get a nice view of the castle or is it more of the seven seas lagoon?

    Hello Jennifer!

Ah....Disney's Contemporary Resort is one of my absolute favorites.  You are going to have such an amazing stay.   In the tower, the lake view rooms face directly towards Bay Lake.  The view is serene and absolutely beautiful.  Unfortunately, there are no rooms in this category which would afford you a view of Cinderella Castle.  If that is a must, then a Magic Kingdom view room would be the way to go.  You might just be surprised.  Some guests end up preferring the Bay Lake view.  You can always head up to California Grill for a glimpse.  Also, some guests choose to exit the building on the 4th floor near the north end for a fabulous view of CInderella Castle when they need their fix!  Whatever you choose, I am certain you will enjoy your time at Disney's Contemporary Resort.

Thanks for visiting us at the DIsney Parks Moms Panel.

I wish you a truly magical vacation!
