Ahoy, Barbara!
Thank you for reaching out to planDisney with your placeholder question. I always love to have a placeholder standing by, so I know a Disney Cruise Line vacation is in the near future. They also make it so easy to
book a future sailing via the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app while onboard! Barbara, I have excellent news for you about your current placeholder. As long as your sail date is on or before the 24-month window expires, you are good to book that cruise. I know with the
summer of 2027 cruise schedule being released, you are ready to get that vacation with Captain Mickey on the calendar. Another plus to having a placeholder is that you can book them online, as previously, those would have to be called in to reserve. You can find your placeholder under "My Reservations" on the
Disney Cruise Line website.
Barbara, I believe you are looking to take advantage of a new-to-
Europe vessel, the
Disney Wish, in 2027 on a 5-night Spain cruise from
Southampton. I'm sure you love the ease of this port from home and being able to explore two beautiful Spanish ports with two glorious sea days. Along with embarkation day, that will give you ample time to experience all this ship has to offer, including its whimsical fairytale design. And the weather should be warm enough to enjoy a ride or two on the
AquaMouse! There are two splashtacular adventures, so I hope you'll get to see both when you go for your ride.
It was a pleasure hearing from you again, Barbara. Please keep us in mind as you plan for your summer 2027 vacation.
