    Hi, I no longer have the email address included on my profile. When I attempt to change it, it states that a code has been sent to my email address. However I cannot access this and therefore do not receive it. How can I change my email address?

    Welcome to planDisney!  As the current UK-based Panelist, I'm so happy that you've taken the time to stop by with such an important question for us to help you with! 

    After all, it goes without saying that you can't go ahead and make lots of zip-a-dee-doo-dah-day plans for your next jolly holiday to Walt Disney World Resort without being able to access your My Disney Experience account!

    If I'm understanding you correctly, I believe you aren't able to access the original email account associated with your My Disney Experience account.  Paul, I can totally relate to this technical conundrum as in past years, I've actually experienced similar technical issues!

    With this in mind, I'm happy to share with you that I discovered the best way of ensuring my oh-so-important My Disney Experience account could be accessed via my currently active email account, was to seek the expert advice of tech-savvy Cast Members. 

    To connect with Cast Members, please go ahead and dial the UK freephone number for Technical and Website Support contained within this handy Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.

    Paul, my top planDisney tip for you would be to ensure that you have close to hand all the pertinent details of your My Disney Experience account; this way Cast Members will be able to assist you without too much further a-do!
