Hi, I need help with photopass plus. I can not, for the life of me, find where to click to upload my own pictures into photopass plus to be able to use my pictures in my purchases (photo book, mugs etc). It does say that you can do it..... thanks

    Hi there Kimmy,

We have used PhotoPass+ for our last few vacations and have loved the system. Being able to add the ride photos has really made PhotoPass it that much better! Its been a few months since we have been down to Walt Disney World and in that time, they have made significant changes to PhotoPass+. One of the major changes that I have noticed is not being able to include your own personal pictures onto the Archive disc. I personally do not see a problem with this as it typically took a long time to download your personal pictures.

So for you, I revisited the site to see if there was anything that I could help you with. After accessing the Walt Disney World part of the site, I noticed a small button on the top right beside the "cart" button which takes you to your photo downloads. Once you click it, you will be able to download your pictures to purchase additional products. I hope this information helps!

Thank you so much for asking the Moms Panel! If you have more questions, we are always here to help!
