Oh Boy, your visit is right around the corner! You must be so excited to enjoy
The Happiest Place on Earth and your
VIP Tour. My question is, how are you going to get through this next week? I’d be jumping up and down with excitement every moment until I’ve arrived. Even then, I’m still overwhelmed with joy and eagerness.
Now, let’s see what we can do to help you find your confirmation. Do you already have the
Disneyland mobile app downloaded to your account? If so, then I recommend signing in to your Disney account through the mobile app. You should then see your reservations listed on the homescreen of the app just beneath the welcome banner and the ‘Your Guide to Update Experiences' section.
You should see ‘Park Reservations’ and the date, park, and number of Guests the reservation is for. If you see that there, then you're all set. Plus, your
tickets should already be linked to your Disney account since you already scheduled your reservations. You will then be able to scan your eTickets off your phone and enter the park you selected, starting October 23, 2021.
I find that verifying my plans on the mobile app is the easiest way to make sure we are “good to go”. I do recommend double-checking your email and junk mail for your
ticket purchase confirmation. If you don’t happen to find it there, go ahead and give the
Disneyland Resort a call. A Cast Member there will be more than happy to further assist.
