Hi I need to book a park ticket for our 4 year old but its asking me to add an adult on too. Just need to add a child on as we already have our passes Many thanks Michelle

    Hello Michelle,

Oh boy!  Your jolly holiday to Walt Disney World Resort is right around the river bend in just a couple of days time!  I can bet your whole family must be feeling so incredibly excited, and perhaps unable to even sleep as it's almost time to fly out from the United Kingdom across the Atlantic Ocean to visit with Mickey and Minnie Mouse and their pals in Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort.

Michelle, as the current UK-based Panelist here at planDisney, I have the same unique view of the Walt Disney Travel Company website as you.  Therefore, for me to gain a better understanding of your enquiry about purchasing a Magic Ticket for your darling 4-year-old, I just went to take a quick little peek at the Magic Tickets which are currently available for Guests to purchase via the UK-based Walt Disney Travel Company website.

Michelle, I'm able to share that just like you, I had the same on-screen experience; in that to proceed with a purchase of a Magic Ticket for a child aged 3-9 years old, I too was required to also add an adult Magic Ticket as well.  I believe this could be perhaps happening as the current Walt Disney Travel Company Terms and Conditions do state that the lead Guest must be aged 18 years or older at the time of booking.

Michelle, my best suggestion would be for you to speak in person with a Cast Member who I feel sure will be able to assist with your ticket purchase for your little Mouseketeer!  Plus, during your phone conversation, you'll also be able to further discuss the possibility of adding your little one to your already made Disney Park Pass reservations for your intended Disney days.

To connect with a helpful Cast Member, please go ahead and dial the UK-freephone number contained within this handy Walt Disney Travel Company - Contact Us link.

In the meantime, it might be useful to check out the up-to-the-magical-minute Disney Park Pass availability via this handy online calendar.  Michelle, please do bear in mind that Disney Park Pass reservations are always subject to availability at Walt Disney World Resort.

All that remains is for me to wish you a practically perfect in every way summer holiday at the most magical place on earth!

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
