Welcome to planDisney Jaclyn!
I am happy you were able to change your Disney Cruise Line stateroom to one that you preferred! It is going to be a magical sailing for you and your crew. Once onboard, refer to your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app to keep up with all the activities taking place around the ship.
A few things about the credit. If you had already paid in full then changed your room, you may either get a refund to your original form of payment OR you will see a stateroom credit when you board the ship. I had a refund due on my last cruise, and the
Disney Cruise Line agent I spoke with gave me the option of how I wanted the refund. If they did not specify and you do not see it on your credit card statement, check your onboard account when boarding. If you don't see it in either place by the start of your vacation, stop at the Guest Services desk and they can look up your account. No worries, I have done just about every combination of adding, changing, and substitutions and Disney Cruise always gets the numbers to add up! Please note: If you booked through a travel agent, you would need to speak with them directly about your reservation and refund.
It sounds like your cruise is coming up soon! Read through the information on
Know Before You Go so you will be ready for the boarding process. The
pre-cruise checklist is super handy so you don't forget any of the details.
WISHing you the WONDERful cruise you have been DREAMing of!
