Hi, I made a reservation to go to Disneyland a month ago. However, I am feeling sick and my reservation is in one week. If I am unable to go to Disneyland on my reserved day, how far in advance do I need to change my reservation date?

    Greetings, Natalie!!

What a Joy it is to welcome you to planDisney! I'm glad that you found us here in time to reschedule your visit to The Happiest Place On Earth. I hope you’re planning a visit during Pixar Fest this summer. The Foodie Guide for this event was just released, and I just know I'll have to grab a slice of the Pixar Fest Cake at the Plaza Inn as soon as it pops up! Plus, here's a list of new merchandise that is bound to spark your soul!

Natalie, you have until the clock strikes midnight the evening before your visit to change your theme park reservation. Here’s how it’s done - go to the Disneyland Resort website and log in to the account you used to purchase your theme park tickets. Hover over "Parks & Tickets” on the upper left side of the page and click on "Ticket and Reservation Details." Then, scroll down to "Make or Modify Reservations," and there you have it! Just find your upcoming Theme Park Reservations, hit "Modify Reservation," and choose another day to visit.

I hope this information was helpful, Natalie. I know you'll have an Incredible time at the resort whenever you decide to reschedule. If you have any more questions or would like more of my favorite tips, feel free to message me again, and I can get back to you more quickly.
