Hi Ivan!
Teppan Edo is such a fun dining experience to enjoy during a Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Keep in mind that it is a community dining experience, where you will potentially be sitting at tables with other Guests to enjoy Teppan-yaki-style cooking on the grill at your table. Since the menu at Teppan Edo includes seafood, which is prepared at tables all around your seat, this restaurant could be a real challenge if you are very sensitive to seafood aromas.
Guests who are accommodating a food allergy can have their food either prepared on the grill first before other food or prepared off of the main grill in a separate kitchen. However, this doesn't prevent other Guests from ordering seafood while you are eating. So if you are extremely sensitive seafood aromas, you may want to consider some of the other Asian restaurant options at Walt Disney World Resort to enjoy during your vacation.
You could stay in Epcot's Japan Pavilion to enjoy traditional Japanese cuisine at
Tokyo Dining. There are several options here that you may like, including filet mignon. Or you could head over to Disney's Animal Kingdom to enjoy
Yak & Yeti, where you will find food from a variety of Asian cultures. Finally, my favorite Asian dining experience is in Disney Springs at
Morimoto Asia, where you will enjoy Pan-Asian cuisine from Chef Morimoto of Iron Chef America. Be sure to try the dumplings and the spare ribs as they are amazing!
Let us know if you have additional questions as you continue planning your trip. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
