    Hi, I live in the UK, and y wife really wants to run one of the half marathons at Walt Disney World in 2017. Could you please advise me when these dates will be available, so that we can begin to plan flights and accommodation etc. Thank you

    Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    Generally, race weekend dates are announced about a year prior to when they will take place.  I am listing the confirmed 2017 dates that are available.  You can visit the runDisney website to see the 2016 dates.  They usually stay on the same weekends from year to year, but it's not guaranteed.  

    Following runDisney on Facebook (Run Disney) and Twitter (@rundisney) is a great way to stay informed and find out when new race dates are announced.  

    Here are the Walt Disney World race weekend dates that have been published for 2017:

    Walt Disney World® Marathon Weekend presented by Cigna:  
    January 4-8, 2017

    Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend presented by Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals: 
    February 23-26, 2017
