    Hi Alison,

I am very happy to help you with your questions!

1/ You are able to purchase tickets for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party from the UK directly from the Walt Disney World website HERE

2/ Here is a breakdown of what is included in a Table-Service meal on the Disney Dining Plan

    For Breakfast
    Entree
    Non-alcoholic beverage

    or one full buffet

    For Lunch/Dinner
    Appetizer (Gust ages 3-9 only)
    Entree
    Dessert
    Non-alcoholic beverage

    or one full buffet

For more information on the Disney Dining Plan you can see the 2011 brochure HERE

3/ As far as I am aware, Mickey waffles are not considered a snack item for guests on the Disney Dining Plan. Page 3 of the 2011 brochure provides examples of items which are considered to be snacks and also details the symbol which identifies eligible snack options at Quick-Service restaurants and outdoor foodcarts.

    Wishing you a magical holiday!
