Hiya, Debbie! Welcome to
planDisney! Thank you so, so much for stopping by with your question. I'm delighted to see you here!
Unfortunately, all international Guests (except those visiting from Canada) who wish to apply for the Disability Access Service must still do so in person at any
Guest Relations location throughout the
Walt Disney World Resort. I know that this wasn't the news you were expecting to hear, but do not fret! The process will be completed in a very short amount of time, and you'll be exploring the Theme Parks before you know it.
Debbie, I actually suggest that you get this done as soon as possible during your magical vacation. What I would do is head to the Theme Parks as early as possible and head straight to Guest Relations to sort it out! Once you've done this, your DAS pass will be good for 60 days, so you won't need to worry about renewing it while you're in Orlando.
I hope you have an enchanting time at the Most Magical Place on Earth this summer, Debbie! If you have any other questions you'd like to ask, please don't hesitate to reach back out to us. Remember that we're always available and more than happy to help! Have a magical rest of your day, my friend.
Warm hugs,
Ana Paula
