Hi,I would like to know how the snacks work on the DCL Is there a limit on them do you have to show a card or something and can I order for my family at the quick counters while my husband goes and gets drinks @ the drink station??? Thanks

    Hi Anna,

This is a great question - and the answer is one of the reasons that we LOVE Disney Cruise vacations!

No limits, no cards, no restrictions!  You can enjoy all of the counter service dining as much or as little as you like.  If you simply want french fries, no problem!  If you want three slices of pizza at once, no problem!  I will admit, it feels a bit awkward at first to walk up to the counter, order and accept food without having to pay for it....but believe me, you get used to it!

Often times during special events specialty snacks will be provided - for example, we've sailed over Superbowl Sunday and they offered a special chicken wings and nacho bar.  These special buffets are included as well, simply grab a plate and enjoy!

If you are looking to purchase the pre-packaged snacks for enjoying in one of the theaters, the additional fee can be charged to your shipboard account.

    Have a great time!
