Hi! I know there is cutlery and napkins on the counters by the coffee in Roaring Forks at the Wilderness Lodge. I want to double check that they also have paper plates and bowls out on the counter as well, so we can use for sharing meals. Thanks.

Hiya, Joy! Welcome back to planDisney, and thanks for sharing your question with us.

It looks like the start of your Walt Disney World vacation is quickly approaching. To quote a very famous mouse: “Oh boy!” Before long, you’ll be immersed in the magic and enjoying everything the Vacation Kingdom of the World has to offer.

You are correct that cutlery and napkins, as well as various sweeteners for coffee and tea, can be found in Roaring Fork’s beverage area. Paper plates and bowls, or any other dishes, are not currently kept in this area. If you’d like an additional plate or bowl, just ask a helpful Cast Member when you get your food and they’ll be able to assist you.

I had the opportunity to stay at Wilderness Lodge on my last trip to Walt Disney World, and it is such an amazing spot. The majestic decor certainly makes it one of the most beautiful resorts on property, but the delicious dining options really elevated our experience. Along with Roaring Fork, Artist Point, and Whispering Canyon, be sure to stop by Geyser Point, located near the resort's pool area and along the shores of Bay Lake. It doubles as the resort’s pool bar and is great for a quick bite, but I’d recommend dining in if you have time. The view and menu are both fantastic.

I hope this bit of info helps with your trip planning, Joy. I’m sure your upcoming vacation is going to be as spectacular as Wilderness Lodge’s Grand Lobby. Don’t hesitate to come back if you have any other questions. You’re as welcome as can be at planDisney.

    Magical travels!
