You are very kind to want to prepay for one of your friends character meals as a gift.
Whilst it's a lovely thought, i'm afraid that it simply isn't as easy to do as you would think.
Purchasing a
Disney Gift Card from www.disneygiftcard.com is not an option as these cannot be shipped internationally.
Until fairly recently, it was possible to purchase
Disney Dollars over the telephone and have them shipped to here in the UK (for a fee) but sadly, these are now no longer available for purchase.
Although it's not quite what you had in mind, my best advice to you would be to get US Dollars as a gift for your friends which they could use to pay for one of their character meals or could be converted to a Disney Gift Card on arrival at the Walt Disney World Resort.
