    Hi,I am at Disney the week of Christmas to New Years.We have reservations for everybody.On one day, the 31st, we purchased a one day ticket for a family member to join us, and now I can not add them to the park for that 1day being sold out.

    Welcome to planDisney and thank you for taking the time to reach out to us with your question about Theme Park Reservations.  I am so glad to see that you will be ringing in the New Year at Walt Disney World Resort, I am sure you are going to make some wonderful memories with your family! 

    I am sorry that you have not yet been able to find a Theme Park Reservation for the last member of your party.  Given that the date you are trying for is extremely popular, the reservations have filled up quickly.  As of right now, I am seeing availability at Disney's Animal Kingdom, but that is all.  I do recommend checking the Walt Disney World Resort Website frequently, sometimes you may get lucky and a reservation may become available.  

    Another option would be to purchase a Park Hopper in hope that there may be Park Hopping available for December 31. Again, there is no guarantee given how busy the Theme Parks tend to get on New Year's Eve that Park Hopping to your preferred Theme Park will even be open for guests when the time comes.  

    I wish I had better news  for you, Jennifer.  Sending you extra Pixie Dust in hope you can secure your last Theme Park Reservation for your family member.  If you have any other questions as you continue to plan your visit, please come back and visit planDisney again.  We are more than happy to assist in any way we can.
