Ahoy, Angela! Welcome back to planDisney!

Thanks for swimming by with your question for our team of panelists. We love to help Guests just like you plan magical Disney Cruise Line adventures!

It's great to hear you're getting all your Donald Ducks in a row for your upcoming sailing on the beautiful Disney Dream! I look forward to sailing from the new Port Everglades Terminal in Fort Lauderdale next month.

Disney Cruise Line recommends the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina and the B Ocean Resort. You can call Disney Cruise Line and speak to a friendly Cast Member who can help arrange your hotel stay and add Ground Transportation to your reservation.

Many hotels in the area also offer shuttle service. The Rodeway Inn & Suites Fort Lauderdale Airport and the Red Carpet Inn near the airport currently provide a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the cruise port. If you are interested in either of these hotels, you will need to book them on your own. I recommend confirming that the shuttle is free when you book.

There’s nothing more exciting than the anticipation of a Disney Cruise Line vacation! I can’t wait for you to experience all the magic that awaits. If you need help planning Port Adventures or other onboard fun, please sail our way again. We are happy to share our best tips and experiences with you!

Meet the Panelist: Tracie, Florida

Ahoy! Just like Moana, I feel the irresistible call of the sea. I think the best vacation is aboard a Disney Cruise Line ship – thankfully, my family agrees. Whether savoring gelato in Italy, snorkeling in Mexico, or basking in the sea breeze on deck, each destination fills us with memories to last a lifetime. I look forward to helping your family plan a Disney Cruise Line adventure brimming with cherished moments!
