Hi, I got some complimentary tickets, can I come with it ( till expiration schedule date ) and enter, without using the App or else to insert the tickets codes before? Thanks Nir

Nir, welcome to planDisney. My family and I hope you and your family are safe and well during this time. I am excited about your visit to the "Most Magical Place on Earth" this week with some complimentary tickets. What an awesome מתנות!

You do not have to link your complimentary tickets to the My Disney Experience App but without a theme park reservation, you will not be able to get into any theme parks. Theme park reservations are required for tickets until January 9, 2024. Linking your active ticket ahead of your visit will allow you to make the theme park reservation. Once you arrive, you may either exchange the voucher (paper printout), if you have one, for a plastic ticket or create a Disney MagicMobile Pass. You may exchange the voucher at any theme park ticket window or the Disney Ticket Center at Dinsey Springs.

Linking tickets gives you the ability to purchase and use Disney Genie+ and Individual Lightning Lanes to have a more enjoyable experience. You will be visiting during a busy time of year, the United States Thanksgiving holiday, and the attraction lines will likely be long. Disney Genie+ and Individual Lightning Lanes will reduce wait times giving you more time to enjoy the attractions and less time waiting in lines. My advice, and the help we have given many Israeli teachers and families at my children's school, is to link the tickets ahead of time.

planDisney Pro Tip: We only eat kosher meat and here is some information on kosher food at Walt Disney World Resort. Even though I wrote this for Disneyland Resort (in California) the same information applies to Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando. I suggest you call 24 hours in advance (407) 939-3463 or email Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com to make sure there will be kosher meals for you to eat. Together you can decide on which restaurant to get your meals at and what may be available. The email exchange will ensure you have something to eat but all meals are subject to availability. Here is a list of Last-Minute Dining Options where (subject to availability) you should be able to get a kosher meal.

Nir, I know your trip will be an enchanted adventure. Please feel free to write me back directly with any follow-up questions.

Enjoy making many Magical Memories and להתראות.
