Oh no, Soledad! I am so sorry you are having issues with editing your Disney PhotoPass pictures! There are many magical additions available in the form of stickers and borders, so let's see if we can get you squared away.
The last time we chatted, I mentioned that only Apple product users have the option to add borders and stickers to their Disney PhotoPass pictures. This is still the case, so hopefully, we can get this option to work for you!
First, make sure you have downloaded the latest
My Disney Experience mobile app to your iPhone. You will need to go to the Apple Store to look up the app. When it loads, the system will tell you if yours needs to be updated. When you open the mobile app, scroll down on that Home page until you see the section for My Photos. Click within that section and then click on one of the pictures on the next page. Note that borders or stickers cannot be added to on-ride videos that are linked to your account. When the single picture loads, there should be three buttons directly under that picture that give you the option to Edit, Save, or Share. Click Edit and then you will be presented with options to Crop, Filter, or add Stickers or Borders. I just practiced this on my iPhone and I see that all of these options are there as of today.
If you are still having difficulty, you may want to
contact someone from Disney PhotoPass Service as soon as possible. I do want to recommend to you that you go ahead and download all of your Disney PhotoPass pictures as soon as possible before they expire so that you do not lose all of those magical memories! I hope this helps you edit your pictures! Thanks again for stopping by and please let us know if you have any other questions.
