I'm sorry you are having a bit of trouble changing your
Disney MagicMobile pass style. In theory, here's how it should work.
- Open the MyDisneyExperience app on your mobile device
- Login if prompted
- Click the three horizontal lines on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen and this will open up a navigational menu
- Select "Disney MagicMobile"
- On the picture of your current pass you will see the option to "Change Pass Style" and you'll want to select that
- This will bring up all sorts of different graphics to choose from like Ear Hats, 50th Anniversary Celebration, Magic Kingdom Park and so many more
- You'll select the one that you like and click the blue "Done" button on the bottom of your screen.
- This will save your selection and your new one should be reflected in your mobile wallet
Of course, we know technology sometimes has a mind of its own and you may be doing all of the right steps but still not getting the outcome that you'd like. My first thought, and don't laugh at me here, is to turn your phone off and then back on again. Oftentimes when I am having issues like this a simple restart can fix a lot of issues. Another thought is to make sure the MyDisneyExperience app is operating on the newest version. Try logging out of the app and then back in again. This might also correct the glitch you are experiencing. If you've tried all of these options then I think it's time to call in the big guys and make a phone call to the
MyDisneyExpience Support Team. A Cast Member will be able to further assist you with this problem.
