Hi there, Joel, and welcome to planDisney!
Being able to take advantage of
Florida-resident deals at The Most Magical Place on Earth is possibly my favorite thing about living in the Sunshine State. I am more than happy to answer your question about what you need to prove your state residency.
If you want to tap into Florida discounts for theme park tickets and even
Disney Resorts Collection hotel stays, you will need proof of Florida residency. If you don't have a Florida driver’s license or state-issued ID card or military ID with a Florida address, you will need the following:
-Another form of photo ID (for example, your passport)
AND a current (within 2 months)
-Mortgage payment
-Homeowner's insurance policy or bill
-Automobile registration, insurance policy, or bill
-Utility bill (power, water, cable, or phone)
-Mail from financial institutions (like a bank) or government agencies
Keep in mind that P.O. Boxes aren’t accepted as
proof of residency. It needs to be a physical address for your Naples home. Bring the photo ID and additional document with you when you buy your theme park tickets.
While you're visiting Walt Disney World Resort in April, check out the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival to see some of the most beautiful and creative floral displays and to try culinary delights from around the world. Joel,
give us a holler here at planDisney if you have any other questions before your upcoming vacation.
Magic always,
LeAndra
