Patricia from MA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Hi! I bought tickets for 2, but both tickets have the same name... How can I request to change it?

Hakuna Matata, Patricia, it means no worries!

Please don’t worry about anything! As long as both tickets have theme park reservations linked to them, you’re good to go. Theme park tickets are not officially linked to one person until they are scanned at the turnstiles. The Cast Member scanning you all in will link your tickets to each person by taking their photo. After that, the ticket is linked to the person whose photo is associated with it.

I do hope this helps ease your worries, Patricia. Now you can relax and enjoy the process of packing and preparing for this exciting visit. In even better news, you’ll get to enjoy the holiday season at the Disneyland Resort, talk about magical! Don’t forget to take a look at all the seasonal offerings available to enjoy. I looked at it the other day and thought, “I’ll take one of everything please”. So please, enjoy something for me!

Have fun and if there’s anything else you need, you know where to find us.
