Hey there, Ted! Thanks for swinging by planDisney with your question.
I know the process can be a little confusing so let me show you where you can check that you have both a ticket and reservation intact for your visit. There are two ways you can check.
First, log in to your
Disneyland account, and go to My Disneyland, Ticket and Reservation Details, View My Park Reservations. If you scroll to the bottom of the page, you should see your reservation there. If it’s there, that’s great, and you can assume you have a ticket because you can’t make a reservation without a ticket.
Next, download the
Disneyland mobile app if you haven’t already, because it comes in very useful at the parks. Log in with the same account you used to purchase your ticket. Go to Tickets and Passes, and you should see your ticket there. Then go to Future Plans, and you should see your reservation there.
I hope this works for you. You can
contact Ticket Services if you’re having trouble locating your ticket or reservation.
Ted, one more tip – take a portable charger for your phone, so you can use the Disneyland mobile app freely while you’re there. It comes in very useful to check attraction wait times, manage
Disney Genie+ Lightning Lane selections,
mobile order food and beverage, use
Disney PhotoPass, and more. Oh, bring a reusable water bottle too, as they have filling stations all over the parks. You can search in the Disneyland mobile app for “bottle filling stations” to see where they are located. This will keep you hydrated and powered up to have an amazing day.
Adventure is out there!
