Park Pass Availability Calendar and there are Park Pass Reservations available for your dates. So let's do some trouble-shooting to make sure Stitch isn't causing a glitch!
First, make sure you are working from a computer which has been recently restarted or a mobile device which has the latest
My Disney Experience Mobile App update on it. Next, sign in to your account. This part is very important, you must be signed into your
My Disney Experience account on a computer or your mobile device in order to make Park Pass reservations. Then you should go to your "My Plans" section and verify your theme park tickets are linked to you and have a valid use date for the days in which you are wanting to secure your Park Pass reservations. If everything looks correct then you should be able to navigate to the "Park Reservations" section and make those reservations!
If you are still having difficulties, your best option is to
Call for Assistance and a Cast Member can take a look and see how to resolve your issue. I recommend calling the number listed under My Disney Experience since that is where you are having difficulties making Park Pass reservations.
