I'm excited to see that you are planning a visit to my favourite holiday destination -
Walt Disney World!
The
Free Dining & Drinks in 2026 Deal which is currently available to book, offers a great saving so I'm glad to see that you were able to take advantage of it.
When booking a
Hotel + Ticket package via the UK version of the Walt Disney World website, your booking is with a Travel Agent called the
Walt Disney Travel Company.
I have just called their Disney Experts and spoken with Melissa who confirmed that if you were to cancel a Hotel + Ticket package booking, you would loose the deposit you made at the time of booking.
I can, however, tell you that it may be possible to amend your existing booking to a different hotel, room category at your existing hotel or, travel dates without any penalty.
Given the situation, Jade, I would recommend that you
call the Walt Disney Travel Company to discuss the situation and see what options are available.
If you do need to cancel, the lead passenger on your booking will need to notify the Walt Disney Travel Company of the cancellation in an email, quoting the booking reference and the reasons for cancelling, if possible. You can send these details to:- disneytraveluk@disneyonline.com. Cancellations are not accepted over the phone.
I'm sorry that this likely wasn't the news that you were hoping for but will keep my fingers crossed that you're able to find an outcome that you are happy with.
