    Hi, I am attempting to apply for DAS, however I have been unable to do so via the app or website. I have spoken to two cast members, and one said I can't apply from the UK, another saying I should be able to apply via the website. Please help!

    Welcome to planDisney, Emma.  I'll be glad to assist you with your question today.  I apologize for any confusion.

    Disability Access Service (DAS) is designed to assist Guests who may have difficulty waiting in a traditional queue environment due to a disability.  All Guests in need of DAS may request to register for this service in person at a Guest Relations location in any theme park.  Guests may register for DAS at:

    • City Hall at Magic Kingdom Park
    • Guest Relations near the Main Entrance at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park
    • Guest Relations near the Main Entrance at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
    • Guest Relations near Spaceship Earth at EPCOT

    The in-person registration process is generally quick and efficient and should have you on your way in a short while.

    Walt Disney World Resort recently introduced a pre-registration option for DAS via live video chat.  At this time, pre-registration is only available in English while in the US.  Guests visiting from overseas may register for DAS in person on the day of their first park visit, or can try the video chat once stateside.
