Hi! I asked the ? on straws at AK, and have a followup. Would a cup that had a top with a built-in straw (say something from a meal on-property) be acceptable? Thanks!

    Rachel:

Thanks for the followup to your earlier question.

I promise there are no "straw police" at Animal Kingdom.  Along with the park not selling items like straws or balloons, you'll simply find signs that remind you of their policy and urging guests to remember the animals' safety.

I'm not familiar with a kid's meal cup that has a built-in straw but have seen plastic cups with fold-down straws at World of Disney.  The caution is to use good judgement.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
