Hi, I actually have 2 questions 1. We are staying DVC at the Villas at the DH. Can we request connecting rooms and how do we do that? 2. We need to add a room to the last night of our vacation. What are the chances we could remain in the same DVC room?

Welcome back to planDisney. Thank you for stopping by with another vacation planning question! I love chatting with fellow Disney Vacation Club Members all about the magic of membership. Being DVC Members has completely changed how my family vacations at Disney Destinations around the world. It looks like you have made reservations to stay at The Villas at Disneyland Hotel. We have yet to stay at this beautiful new property, but we look forward to experiencing it soon!

Guests at The Villas at Disneyland Hotel can get connecting rooms by booking a one-bedroom villa. There are no other room types that feature interconnecting doors. However, if you would like to have rooms that are close to each other, you can make this request by reaching out to Member Services either by phone or via the online chat. Just keep in mind, these are requests and as such cannot be guaranteed, but the resort Cast Members will do what they can to honour requests.

If you need to add an additional night to the end of your stay, paying cash, you can make reservations on the Disneyland website. Just be sure that you book the exact room type at The Villas at Disneyland Hotel, and let the front desk know at check-in about your second reservation and make the request to stay in the same room. Again, this is just a request and cannot be guaranteed.

Roxanne, did you know there is now a Disney Vacation Club Member Lounge at Disneyland Resort? Members eligible for membership extras are now able to enjoy a break from their busy day with complimentary drinks at Star View Station, located on the second floor of Star Wars Launch Bay at Disneyland Park. Hours of operation are 11 am to 6 pm (subject to change). Just be sure to have your DVC Membership affiliation downloaded to your mobile wallet to gain access.
