Hi!I was able to get lunch reservations at Be Our Guest. What is the difference between a lunch "reservation" and just walking in for quick service? Can you just walk in for quick service? If so, what is the best time after 12 pm in May

    Hi there Valerie,

Be Our Guest Restaurant took Disney fans by storm and it has quickly become one of the most sought ofter seats of all of the Walt Disney World Resort restaurants.  Until recently, guests who wished to dine in Beast's Castle could only make reservations for dinner hours when the restaurant was transformed into a table service experience.  During lunch, the restaurant is quick service and like all quick service locations, seating was walk up only... first come first served.

Well that has changed now due to overwhelming popularity and guests can now make reservations to dine at Be Our Guest during lunch hours.  Nothing has changed as far as service is concerned.  The restaurant will still operate as quick service, but tables will be reserved for those guests who arranged reservations online or by phone ahead of time.  Walk ups may still be granted but it will be based on availability after all reservations have been accommodated.  If you do intend to try to walk up for lunch, I would recommend arriving as early as possible (prior to 10:30 am) or later in the afternoon, after the lunch rush has subsided!

    Best Wishes,

    Amanda F.
