    Hi, How do we ship a package to our hotel? I'm interested in shipping some things prior to our arrival. We are staying at Port Orleans Riverside in July. Thank you!

    Howdy Sharon! Thanks for coming back to visit with the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    Packages can be shipped to your Walt Disney World Resort. Be sure to label your package(s) as follows:

    Disney's Port Orleans-Riverside
    Lead Guest Name
    Arrival Date
    1251 Riverside Drive
    Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830

    Sharon be aware that any package that you would like shipped to your resort will incur a $6/package charge if you want the package(s) delivered to your resort room. If you would rather pick up your package(s) from the front desk, you can do so for no charge. Be sure to check back with us closer to your Disney trip as the package prices are subject to change without notice. Also, remember that this resort may also charge a $5 fee to receive any guest packages, as this resort does not have a business center.
