Hi, How do onboard credits work? Do they automatically go to your key to the world card or do you have to have them put on the card when you get on the ship? I assume all the credits are used first before they start charging your credit card. Thanks!

    Hi, Debra!

First of all, congratulations for receiving on board credits...that's great! Whether it's a gift or something you received as part of booking your cruise, your on board credits will be applied to your stateroom account (which is your Key to the World Card) once you board. And yes, you're exactly right...all your credits are used before your credit card is charged. At any time while on board, you can check your stateroom account by heading over to Guest Services. They can print out a list of your credits and debits, and you'll want to make sure you settle any discrepancies before 7 a.m. on the Disembarkation Day. I hope that helps you plan.

Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
