Hello Kristine!

The Package Pick-up locations in the Theme Parks remain open until the park closes to guests.

Keep in mind, you won't be able to use the service if you're making purchases within three hours of park close. Also, it can take a while for your packages to reach the location at the front of the park. So, if you're planning on leaving the park within an hour or two of your purchase, it's probably wise to hold on to your packages. You also have the option of having the packages delivered to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel room, but your purchases will not be available until the next day.
