Hi, How can I change the name on my ticket?

    Hi Michelle!

Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for swinging by with a question!

I am happy to report that you do not have to change the name on your unused ticket in order to use it. Once you arrive at the turnstiles of the Disneyland Resort Theme Parks, a Cast Member will take one picture of the person using the ticket. That picture is linked to your ticket and from then on, the ticket is associated with the person in the picture, not the name on the ticket.  After the first use, a ticket may not be assigned to a new person. Also, Multi-day Disneyland Resort Theme Park Tickets must be used by the same person each day.

I know you'll have a great time! But don't forget,  if you'd like to experience Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance or WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure you will be required to join the virtual queue! Guests with a valid ticket and a Theme Park Reservation will be able to access the virtual queue system and check for an available boarding group at 7:00 a.m. or 12:00 p.m. on the day of their theme park reservation. For more information about joining a virtual queue, check out the Disneyland Resort website

I hope this answers your question! Please come back to see us if you think of any more.

Greetings from San Diego, CA! I'm a wife, cat mom and Disney-loving "childfree millennial." I've traveled all around the world, but my favorite place to visit is "The Happiest Place on Earth!" I've been going to the Disneyland Resort for over 25 years. Each time I step through the turnstiles to enter the world of yesterday, tomorrow and fantasy, I feel the magic of Walt Disney's original park. I can't wait to answer your questions and help you experience all that the Disneyland Resort has to offer! Learn More About Tiffanie
