Hi..Going to WDW 6/28-6/30/14 All Star Music If I buy a FL Resi Annual Pass does my 1 yr start the day I purchase it..or the first day I use it? How long before I arrive should I purchase the AP to be able to link it to My Experience for Fast Pass+ ect TY

    Hi Lee,

I'm so happy you are considering a Florida Resident Annual Pass. I love being a passholder so that my family and I can visit Walt Disney World often throughout the year. It's one of the best things about living in the Sunshine State.

When you purchase your annual pass online, you will get an electronic voucher. You can input the voucher number into My Disney Experience. It will recognize that you have a valid ticket and let you choose your FastPass+ options 60 days in advance. (As a Florida resident, you also can take advantage of the no-interest monthly payment plan.)

Your pass won't be activated, however, until you visit a Walt Disney World ticket window or Guest Services location to present your vouchers and show proof of Florida residence. Your expiration day will be one year from the day the pass is officially activated and used for the first time.

I hope that helps clarify the situation for you. Please let me know if I can answer any other questions for you. Welcome to the passholder family!
