    Hello, Janice!

Welcome BACK! It's so fun to help such a good friend of the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I'm very proud to know that you have already made your dining reservations for your September trip. We love to help fellow planners like you!

My family and I faced a similar issue last September, and I may be able to help you with my personal experience. We were staying a Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, and we had a dinner reservation at Cinderella's Royal Table. Still, my dad started feeling dizzy, and he couldn't make it to the restaurant. We explained the situation to Cinderella's maitre d'hotel, and the whole castle crew was very accommodating. While these last-minute arrangements depend on the Cast Members currently working at each restaurant, they're usually very kind in situations like these.

I also know that it's much easier to downsize a table than it is to find a larger table, so I think that the best decision in your situation is to keep the reservation and hope that the third person can join you for this fun meal!

I hope that you can have the most magical of times at the Walt Disney World Resort this September, Janice! If you have more questions before your adventure begins, please don't hesitate to visit us again. The Disney Parks Moms Panel will always be here to help!

May the magic be with you,

    Julie
