Wow, a 2 week vacation at Walt Disney World? Lucky girl! Having your own car for transportation around Disney is nice. I definitely prefer driving myself. The best way to get to Mickey's Backyard BBQ is to drive straight to Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground. You will need to park in the lot up front and then catch an internal bus to the marina where the BBQ is located. You might want to consider making this day a Magic Kingdom day because you can take a ferry boat right from the Magic Kingdom to the Fort Wilderness marina and then back after your dinner to enjoy some more time in the park.
