Welcome to planDisney Carlos!
I am so excited you have a Walt Disney World vacation planned for 2023! What a fun trip to look forward to. Mickey Mouse is counting down the days until he gets to see you!
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort is one of my favorite hotels on property. Some days I never even leave the resort! You will find 2 amazing pools to enjoy, a sandy beach with a perfect view of Cinderella Castle, and fabulous dining options. When the sun goes down, head to the beach for a beautiful view of the
Magic Kingdom fireworks. The music is piped in on the beach; What a magical experience. You will also want to stay on the beach to enjoy the
Electrical Water Pageant that sails by nightly. I'm not sure it gets any better than the "Poly!"
The Polynesian is home to one of the most popular restaurants on property: 'Ohana. While is can be hard to get a reservation, it is well worth the effort! Mark your calendar for 60 days prior to your arrival and hop online to get a
Dining Reservation for dinner if you can. For quick service dining, pop into
Capt. Cooks for a tasty meal any time of the day.
Access to the
monorail is a huge benefit to this resort. To reach EPCOT, follow the walking path to the TTC and hop on the monorail that will zoom you to this amazing park in just minutes. The monorail to the Magic Kingdom can be boarded on the second floor of the Great Ceremonial House. How convenient!
My family is big into park hopping. We like to start our days early, head back to the resort for a mid-day swim then back out for the evening. It is an extra expense, but I think it is worth it. It is really nice to have if you book a dining reservation. Start your day in Animal Kingdom, then end it with dinner in EPCOT! Now that is a magical day! Or if you follow my kids' lead, try to hit all 4 parks in one day. It's a challenge, but it's fun!
Park Hopping is permitted after 2pm.
Let me be the first to say ALOHA and WELCOME to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. See you real soon!
