Hiya Grace!
Welcome to planDisney, the most magical place on the internet. Oh my goodness, Grace, what a memorable trip you are planning for your students! I always say that Disney theme park tickets are the best gift ever, but getting to experience the Disney magic with your friends is beyond magical. I have so many incredible memories from my visits to the Disney parks with my friends, and I cannot wait for your students to create some too!
The best way to organize Disney vacations for large groups is usually to
call Disney Cast Members, as they can help you with certain types of reservations. For example, there is a number you can call to book
Disney Resort hotel rooms if your group requires ten rooms or more on your vacation. The Phone Directory page also has many other phone numbers you can call for help with other bookings, such as theme park tickets. As for
dining reservations, they also depend on your group size. Some restaurants, such as
Boma - Flavors of Africa and
Ohana, located at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge and Disney's Polynesian Village Resort respectively, can accommodate larger groups. However, you might need to split your group into smaller sub-groups for other restaurants and book different reservations 15 minutes apart.
I thought I would now share a few other things you may want to consider during this magical field trip! First, you must
book theme park reservations for each ticket to access the theme parks after purchasing the students' theme park tickets. Indeed, theme park tickets and reservations are required to access the theme parks, and theme park reservations are
subject to availability. You can also ask for help from a Cast Member to book these for your whole group. Second, you will be visiting during the
World's Most Magical Celebration, which means you will be able to experience unique offerings that will only be available until the Spring of 2023. Therefore, I highly recommend watching Magic Kingdom Park's
Disney Enchantment or EPCOT's
Harmonious at night, as they are truly both incredible nighttime spectaculars. In addition, you and your students can compete on how many
50th golden statues they can spot and which Disney characters they are!
I hope this was helpful, Grace, and that you and your students will have the best day ever creating magical memories at the Walt Disney World Resort. If you have any other questions in the time leading up to this memorable visit, please don't hesitate to reach back out. It is always an honour to be a part of such a special occasion!
Have a magical day,
Ariane
