Our High School Band has auditioned for one of the Disney parades. I wanted to make them matching Disney shirts with our school name on them and year. There is about 80 students going. I often see families make these for there trips. Is this OK?

    Greetings Michelle!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I'm so excited for the members of your high school band marching at the Disneyland Resort. My first ever trip to the Happiest Place on Earth was when I played the trumpet in my high school marching band for one of these parades. Marching down Main Street, U.S.A. at Disneyland Park was an experience I will never forget.

I personally love seeing the creative matching group and family shirts that are worn on Disney vacations. Just recently I even crafted some for my extended family on our Disney Cruise Line trip. It is a great way to spot the members of your party in a crowded environment. Just be sure to check the Dress Code page to make sure what you plan on wearing is proper park attire. I also make sure to not violate any copyright laws when making Disney-inspired clothing. Don't forget to take plenty of Disney PhotoPass pictures with your group so everyone can cherish these memories forever.

I hope you have fun crafting your shirts, and feel free to stop by with any additional questions!
