high school band of approximately 50 students and chaperones. typical cost per person??

Welcome to planDisney Kenneth. I’ll bet you are excited, this visit sounds like it’s going to be a big trip to plan.

When I was in high school our band visited the Walt Disney World Resort and I was always kind of sad I couldn’t play an instrument and join in on the fun. The amount of people you mentioned is large and taking on the planning for this size group is a task not for the faint of heart. When it comes to booking rooms and getting pricing per person you will want to call for assistance by phone. Use the “Group Reservations” option to get a professional on the line to help book you 10 or more rooms. They will help you find the right Disney Resorts Collection Hotel to fit your group’s needs. You can even talk about tickets to visit the 4 theme parks.

When you visit in December of 2024 be sure to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for special events like the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays which historically runs for a good part of December. The dates for the festival and when Santa Claus will be coming to town are announced there.

I hope this information helps you plan the visit for your band and chaperones. If you have any other planning needs please visit us again at planDisney.com.

    Have a magical day,
