How high off the ground is the top of the bed in a wheelchair accessible room on the Wonder?

Anchors aweigh, Melissa! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. It's great to chat with a fellow Pennsylvanian about sailing with Captain Mickey!

Melissa, the Disney Wonder will forever hold a special place in my heart because it's the first Disney Cruise ship that my kids experienced. We love everything about this vessel from the port to the starboard side and back again.

Now, Melissa, an important part of any cruise is where you lay your head before getting ready for the next day's adventure, so let's talk about staterooms. After a bit of research, I found that the height of the mattress and the bed frame from the floor is approximately 27 inches in accessible staterooms in the following stateroom categories:
    - Category 4 - Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah
    - Category 6 - Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah
    - Category 9 - Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom
    - Category 10- Deluxe Inside Stateroom
    - Category 11- Standard Inside Stateroom

I hope this helps as you're planning ahead for your upcoming trip. I'll also encourage you to review THIS document for more information. I know that my family and I are counting down the days until we set sail again in September. If you have any additional questions, please make sure to point that compass in the direction of planDisney and come on back!

Wishing you fair winds & following seas,
    Lauren

Greetings from central Pennsylvania! Hi, I’m Lauren and I can’t wait to answer all of your Walt Disney World Resort and Disney Vacation Club questions. My husband and I became Disney Vacation Club Members because we love visiting the Disney Parks and with hectic day-to-day schedules, wanted to prioritize time away for our family. The options at the Walt Disney World Resort make each trip unique and I am excited to help other families build vacations with those unforgettable moments.
