Hi From reading the panel answers I see that line ups can be really long for attractions like Fantasmic and Festival of the Lion King. Can my husband hold our spot in line while my son and I are elsewhere, or do we all need to wait together? Thanks!

    Hi there Kati!

That's a touchy question because so many people have different opinions about it. We were there this past week and for parades and shows, there was a lot of space holding. That's not so much of a problem and cast members didn't really have a say in it. The guests were pretty much left to fend for themselves during those times. Now for line ups, it's a little different. Guests get very upset when there is one person holding a spot for five people. Because, think of it this way, if there are 200 people holding spots for three people each, that's four hundred people unaccounted for. Granted, not everyone does it but there are a lot who do. Disney likes to have the entire party in the cue so that they have an idea of when they can cut off the guest line and let people know to come to the next show as early as possible. I hope this information helps you with your planning and if you have more questions, please ask away, we are always here to help! Have a Magical Time at the Walt Disney World Resort! Thanks so much for asking the Moms Panel!
