Hi Toni!
Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I had a chance to stay at
Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa last Christmastime, and you are in for a treat! The Resort is magnificent, and its location is priceless. You are a quick
monorail or boat ride away from Magic Kingdom Park and
all.the.fun!
Speaking of fun,
Disney’s Magical Express is truly a “magical” way to start your vacation! It eliminates the stress of transportation to your hotel. The complimentary motor coach will pick you up on Level 1 of Terminal B at Orlando International Airport and whisk you away to the steps of
The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. There is only one stop for
Disney's Magical Express at the Resort, but never fear! The Villas are quite close to the main entrance, and the Cast Members at Bell Services will gladly help with any luggage you have.
You can reserve Disney’s Magical Express at the time you make your
Resort reservation, and anytime after that up to 10 days before your trip. This magic coach is quite popular, so its recommended that you secure your seat at least 30 days in advance. When you are ready for vacation, take the yellow luggage tags you received in the mail, attach them to your checked luggage, and send them on their way when you check in at the airport. Once you land, SKIP baggage claim and head straight to the bus. A Cast Member will check you in (make sure to keep your
MagicBand in your carryon), and you are off! With a bit of Pixie Dust, your luggage will appear in your
Walt Disney World hotel room within a few hours after you
check in to your Resort.
Toni, I hope this answered your question. If you have any more, please don’t hesitate to come back! chEARs to your magical vacation!
