Hi Do any of the value resorts still have two queen beds rather than a table/ pull out as the second bed?

Hi, Andrea! It is always so great to hear from you. Thanks for visiting us again here at planDisney!

All non-family suite rooms at the Walt Disney World Resort previously offered either two double beds or one king-sized bed before they started getting recent makeovers. When my boys were little, this wasn't a problem for us. My husband and I would each share a bed with one of the kids. As they grew older, this arrangement had become an issue, and we had to start staying at moderate or deluxe resorts which offer two regular queen sized beds so I could get some sleep after a long day of magic and fun. My little preschoolers are now teens that are both taller than I am! (How did that happen?) As the Value Resorts are being remodeled, they are installing the queen beds you mentioned offering rooms with one regular King Sized bed or 1 Queen-Size Table Bed and 1 Queen Bed. This remodel is now complete at Disney's Pop Century Resort and Disney's All-Star Movies Resort. I can understand your hesitation in sleeping on a pull-down bed. You can 'rest' assured this is not your normal pull-down or sofa-sleeper mattress. The mattress in the table bed is the same as the standard bed! Both are honestly extremely comfortable. With the upgrade of these rooms and ease of transportation via the Disney Skyliner,  Disney's Pop Century Resort is my family's go-to once again when we are planning our own Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

    Have a magical day, Andrea!

Meet the Panelist: Rachel, Wisconsin

Hi, I’m Rachel! I am a “boy mom” to two rowdy little men at home and married to my high school sweetheart. I am fortunate enough that my prince charming loves all things Disney just as much as I do! For me, planning a trip to Walt Disney World can be just as magical as being there. It brings our family together as we dream, plan, and count down the days. I would be honored to help plan your visit and share in your family’s very own magic! Learn More About Rachel
