Hi Shahryar! Welcome to planDisney!
Thanks for stopping by with your question. There are a few things to consider before canceling a visit, so let's discuss these options before you make your decision.
Depending on how you purchased your tickets will ultimately decide if you are eligible for a refund. If you booked your park tickets as part of a vacation package that includes your
Disney Resorts hotel reservation, then you may be owed a full refund if cancelled 30 days or more before your arrival. These packages are designed to provide you the most flexibility when booking your stay. It gives you a chance to book your stay ahead of time and allow you plenty of time to pay off the balance.
If you purchased a
stand-alone park ticket, these will be nonrefundable and nontransferable. You will have the option to change the date you plan to visit the parks (additional fees may apply), but you will not be eligible for a refund. You'll also have the option to put the value you paid for your ticket toward a future ticket purchase. This ensures that the amount you have already paid will not be lost.
If you decide to visit the Magic Kingdom during your upcoming trip, I would highly recommend riding
TRON Lightcycle / Run. It's the perfect attraction for thrill seekers and is incredibly immersive. This ride is currently utilizing the
Virtual Queue System, so make sure to snag a boarding group the morning of your visit!
Shahryar, I hope you get a chance to visit the Walt Disney World Resort soon!
